Morley Vetcentre offers the most flexible group training classes available, known as ‘ Four Paws Levels Training’.
With a ‘ FOUR PAWS’ membership you can come to our drop-in classes as often as you like for as long as you like.

The LEVELS program consists of four skill levels - working towards achieving your dog’s ‘FOUR PAWS’ in training and behaviour.

Each level introduces new skills to your dog while continuing to practice previous skills with more and more distractions
– preparing your dog for the ‘real world’ which is FULL of distractions!
LEVELS Training focuses on self-paced learning and you and your dog progress through the levels at your own pace.

Each dog progresses to a higher level only when both handler and instructor feel the dog is ready.
On average, most dogs have gained THREE PAWS and are ready for MASTER CLASS by the end of their 10 sessions.

Why LEVELS training?

  • Complete the one hour online Orientation presentation then start classes straight away—no wait time
  • All dogs in each level are at a similar stage in training. This allows the instructor to better address the needs of each dog
  • Work at your own skill level for as long as necessary
  • Students can take time off if they have a busy week or a holiday planned, return to class at the same level without falling behind
  • Have extra time in your schedule? Attend more than one session a week if you are able to do so

Levels 1, 2 & 3: Positive Paws OUTDOORS area located at the rear of the clinic.

Level 4 (Master Class): Rudloc Reserve, Rudloc Road, Morley

If weather is problematic we move the class to our Positive Paws INDOORS area

(heated in winter & air-conditioned in summer)

Julie - Koda & Lulu:

My two cavoodles absolutely love their masterclass each week, it’s a fabulous form of exercise for both their mind and body. There is always a variety of activities to keep them interested and Laura is a fabulous instructor who is incredibly knowledgeable always happy to help improve techniques.

Jackie - Billy:

Master class on Saturday is the highlight of the week for me and Billy as a fun activity to do together. Each day brings a different challenge but Laura is happy to break down the training steps for individual dogs. Billy and I have learned a lot!

Annette - Truffle:

We joined the 4 Paws training program when I adopted Truffle 15 months ago and haven't looked back! The classes have helped my rescue girl in so many ways from reducing her anxiety, focussing her energy, setting boundaries and she's made a special fur-friend who she adores. Most importantly the classes have equipped me to help her succeed and have given us the opportunity to develop a beautiful bond in a fun and supportive environment.

Sharon - Tucker:

To the wonderful staff at Morley Vet Centre, you’re the best!. Our labradoodle Tucker started at Puppy training as a very shy and timid 14 week old, now at 6 and a half months she’s also graduated through all the levels of the Four Paws training program and loves master class - so much so she sees the other dogs on the equipment and is keen to give it a go even though she’s a little shy. Laura and Tash, the tips, guidance and encouragement you give Tucker (and me!) is so appreciated. With Tucker being a very cautious and timid puppy it’s been an extremely slow process taking her away from our house and attending training or just going out for a walk, but with your carefully planned tips/progressions we’re getting there. We’ve gone from having a puppy who was petrified of pretty much everything including fun things like her lead and going in the car - to being a much happier and contented dog because of your support and training advice.

Laura, Tucker will try every trick in her book to get my attention and have one on one play (ie training) time, because she enjoys it so much. To Brodie and all the nurses and groomers thanks for taking the time out of your day to interact and talk to Tucker and help her get used to the surroundings at the vet - you all go above and beyond what we’ve ever experienced / seen at other vet clinics, especially seeing we’re visiting 2-3 times a week to get her confidence up, and have her fear free for her first grooming / pamper in a few weeks. Tash, thanks for letting us re-visit your classes to help build Tucker’s confidence around others. I have recommended Morley Vet Centre's training programs to many people because it’s a positive and fun environment for our pets to be in and learn their manners - one of Tucker’s brothers is now one of your students. On behalf of Tucker and myself THANKYOU and we’ll see you soon.
